South Australian oysters, shallot vinaigrette
Antipasto mini skewers.

Seared scallops, cauliflower cumin puree, grilled chorizo, and lemon caper butter.
Paired with Howard Park Riesling
– Main –
Eye fillet 200gms, fondant potato, steamed asparagus, mushroom, and thyme jus.
Paired with Howard Park Flint Rock Chardonnay and Howard Park Scotsdale Shiraz
– Dessert –
French crepes filed with fresh strawberries, chocolate sauce, and vanilla cream.
Paired with Howard Park Miamup Cabernet Sauvignon
