Open Mooring Meeting

This is a Point Event. Doors open at 7PM for a 7:30PM start on Tuesday 26th October.

Department of Transport (DOT) will be on hand to provide information on the introduction of the Shared Use Mooring System. DOT Officers will give information on how boat users will be able to use some formerly private moorings in the Swan and Canning Rivers as well as at Mangles Bay on a temp basis. The Officers will also provide information on important changes to safety equipment requirements including details of the introduction of mandatory wearing of lifejackets for children and people in small boats more than 400m offshore.
