The Swan Yacht Club has prepared a master plan to guide the development of the club over the next 20 years. The Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions has received a Part 5 application to implement Stage One of the master plan. This stage includes:    

• Demolition of existing slipway and landscaping    
• Jetty 5 replacement    
• New maintenance facilities    
• Boat ramp works    
• Negative fork wharf   
• Dry dock approvals

The Town is invited to provide comments and recommendations considered relevant to this proposal as part of the assessment process.
